I can't find the app in the store, how is that possible?

If the app is not visible in the App Store or Google Play store then your phone is not suitable for Augmented Reality. Often the phone is not equipped with a gyroscope.

How are the experience points filled in?

There are 5 different ways to fill in the experience points:

  1. AR location
  2. new pictures/video
  3. old existing pictures/video
  4. 3D model
  5. audio

Do I need internet during the route?

No, the route can be downloaded at home on the Wifi and then there is no internet needed anymore

Can the routes also be followed in other languages?

Yes, in addition to Dutch, the routes can also be followed in English, German and Frisian.

Do you have a helpdesk for questions?
